- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E.Civil only
- Minimum of 4 years overall experience
- Candidates having experience in residential apartments and those who have worked for Architectural firms / PMC's preferred. Must have practical / site experience as well.
- Very good Excel skills
- Very good skills in rate analysis and familiarity with labor productivity
- Familiarity with specifications and sub-contracts

Typical day in office:
A sample of the responsibilities associated with this job include,
* Estimation and preparation of quantities from drawings (i.e. BOQ, BOM etc)
* Certification of bills and invoices from vendors, sub-contractors and suppliers
* Preparing Rate Analysis
* Preparing the project Budget
* Certifying RA Bills
* Certifying Weekly Contractors & Subcontractors Bills
* Monitoring NMR cost within the estimate
* Ensure the costing as per the Budget
* Preparing MIS reports for Costing
* Preparing Additions / Rebates Bill for clients
* Reconciliation of Concrete / Steel/ Cement with the Bill
* Preparation of unbilled report
* Preparation of Projected Billing
* Comparison of Budgeted cost vs Billing vs Expenditure
For the purpose of carrying out the above job functions, you would be required to frequently co-ordinate with Sub-contractors, consultants and our office engineers on a daily basis.

Location:
This job majorly involves office work. Periodically, visit to site loation maybe required to monitor and track productivity/progress. The project sites will be around Nungambakkam/Choolaimedu, Porur/Near DLF & Adyar.
